WHAT GIVES YOUR LIFE MEANING? – SERIES: SHADES OF HUMAN LIFE
For many years, I believed that the meaning of life had to be something big.
An achievement.
A success.
A goal accomplished.
I believed that one day I would reach a moment when I could finally say:
„I made it.”
But the more I travel.
The more people I meet.
The more stories I hear.
The more I realize that meaning rarely arrives in spectacular moments.
More often, it hides in something much simpler.
In another human being.
I Found Meaning in People’s Stories
I don’t remember every place I’ve visited.
I don’t remember every temple.
Every hotel.
Every sunset.
But I remember people.
I remember a driver in Bali who smiled every day despite carrying struggles of his own.
I remember children playing in the streets of Cambodia.
I remember conversations that were supposed to last five minutes but stayed with me for years.
Because places are beautiful.
But people are what give them meaning.

We Don’t Remember Miles. We Remember Emotions.
I have traveled thousands of kilometers.
Walked hundreds of streets.
Visited places I once watched on YouTube and dreamed of seeing with my own eyes.
And yet, the moments I return to most often are the simplest ones.
Sharing tea.
Sharing laughter.
Having an honest conversation.
Sitting in silence with another person without feeling the need to pretend to be someone else.
Those are the moments that stay.
Not photographs.
Not numbers.
Not statistics.
Emotions.

Different Backgrounds. One Heart.
The more I discover the world, the fewer differences I see.
Skin color.
Nationality.
Religion.
Social status.
Language.
All of those things exist.
But beneath them, I often find the same desires.
Everyone wants to be loved.
Everyone wants to feel important.
Everyone wants a place they can call home.
Everyone wants to be seen.
And that is exactly why:
Different Backgrounds. One Heart.
Because no matter where we come from, we all carry similar dreams, fears, hopes, and struggles.

Why Was C.U.D. Created?
I have travelled a lot.
I explored new places.
Discovered new cultures.
Lived dreams that once felt impossible.
But over time, I noticed something important.
The most valuable moments were never connected to a place.
They were always connected to people.
A conversation around a table.
Shared laughter.
A story someone was brave enough to tell.
A moment when a stranger stopped feeling like a stranger.
That is how C.U.D. was born.
Not as another travel project.
Not as another tour company.
Not as another way to check attractions off a list.
But as a space for people who want to experience the world more deeply.
For people who value authentic connections more than luxury hotels.
For those who want to understand people, not just destinations.
For those who believe that travel can change not only the landscape outside the window, but also the person inside.
And perhaps most importantly…
For people who are tired.
Tired of the constant rush.
The notifications.
The deadlines.
The expectations.
The pressure to always be productive.
For people who have spent years fulfilling everyone else’s expectations and somewhere along the way lost themselves.
Because I believe many of us don’t need another course.
Another achievement.
Another goal.
Sometimes we simply need to return to ourselves.
To the part of us that once knew how to enjoy simple things.
Laugh without a reason.
Be authentic.
Be free.
Be real.
To me, C.U.D. is exactly that kind of return.
A return to your inner child.
To curiosity.
To wonder.
To spontaneity.
To the parts of ourselves we left behind while trying to become „adults.”
It is a space for people who want to slow down for a moment.
Put aside the roles they play every day.
Stop proving their worth.
Take off their masks.
And remember who they were before the world told them who they should become.
Because maybe the greatest journey is not traveling across the world.
Maybe the greatest journey is the journey back.
Back to yourself.

C.U.D. Manifesto
I believe the world needs less judgment and more listening.
Less division and more understanding.
Less superficial interaction and more genuine conversation.
I am not interested in where you come from.
What language you speak.
Or what your story is.
I am interested in who you are.
Because beneath all our differences, we are more alike than we realize.
We all long for love.
Acceptance.
Meaning.
And a place where we truly belong.
That is why I want to create journeys that do not end when people return home.
Journeys that leave people richer not because of photos.
But because of people.
Perspectives.
Experiences.
And stories that stay with them forever.
Because I believe the most beautiful journeys do not lead to places.
They lead to people.
And sometimes…
Back to yourself.
„I don’t want to show people the world.
I want to help people rediscover humanity — in others and within themselves.
Because when we truly get to know another person, we stop being strangers to one another.”
Different Backgrounds. One Heart. ❤️
This is what C.U.D. is all about and the reason why both Shades of Human Life and the human stories I share were created in the first place.
They are not about travel.
They are about people.
We believe that every person carries a true self within them — a self that is often drowned out by constant busyness, responsibilities, stress, and the expectations of the world.
C.U.D. was not created to help people escape from life.
It was created to help people pause for a moment and remember what it means to truly live.
Not more.
Not faster.
Not more efficiently.
But more consciously.
More authentically.
More humanly.
More human.
Shades of Human Life
This series was never created to tell stories about travel.
It was created to tell stories about people.
Their light.
Their shadows.
Their courage.
Their doubts.
Their loneliness.
Their love.
Their losses.
Their hope.
Because every person carries a story that cannot be seen at first glance.
And sometimes a single question is enough to open an entire world. More HERE.

Today I Know What Gives My Life Meaning
It is not money.
Although it helps.
It is not success.
Although it feels rewarding.
It is not even travel.
Although it opens my eyes.
The deepest meaning I have found comes from connection.
From authentic conversations.
From meeting people.
From listening to stories that remind me we are far more alike than we think.
If one story helps someone feel less alone…
If one story helps someone look at another person with more compassion…
If one story gives someone a little more hope…
Then that is where I find meaning.
Conclusion
There was a time when I believed meaning existed somewhere far away.
Beyond another border.
Another achievement.
Another goal.
Today, I think differently.
The meaning of life is often sitting right across the table from us.
Waiting to be truly heard.
Final Quote
„I don’t travel the world to see places.
I travel the world to understand people.
Because it is in people that I most often find the meaning of life.”
